With over 30 years of combined experience, WATERFOOD, based in Paris, aims to export the best know-how of the French bakery.

More specifically, through a common history and heritage, Waterfood’s members are committed, daily, to export outside Europe a French wheat flour destined for professionals keen to use genuine ingredients which reflect the quality of original bakery.

With a network of leading millers, we are able to ship anywhere in the world.

Our difference: Directly from French mills, without intermediaries and at a transparent “spot” price, based on the daily quoted market prices for wheat flour, we are able to deliver from 24 to 200 tons at the same pricing conditions per unit.

This model of simplicity and clarity allows us to support, for several years now, a fast growing global market of “Small & medium accounts” engaged in the production of bread and pastry.
